Good Lord this crap is HORRIFIC! I expected better from ON, even their creatine is great quality, but no lie, drinking this made me gag. Every time I work out, I have a scoop or two in some water. I gag three or four times every time. In milk, it's still nasty, but it's not as bad. I only gag once or iwice when i mix it with milk, so I guess that's a plus for a product this crappy. Disgusting.
