I've been trying out a few pre-workouts to try to figure out which one is best for me. I got a free sample of this stuff so I though I'd give it a shot. I enjoyed the taste a lot, which surprised me. I was also a little hesitant about it being a chewable tablet, but the consistancy wasn't unpleasent either; they were very easy to get down.

As far as effect, it wasn't really an intense high, I felt like I was at a pretty natural energy level the whole time. I'm not sure if this is because of the chewables, or because I just had a good day in the gym, or maybe a bit of the placebo effect. There weren't any negative side effects though so I would say this product is pretty safe if you want to give it a shot. I'll need to try it a few more times before I can determine if it really works.
