I got a can of this on clearance for dirt-cheap, so I figured, how bad could it be? The nutritional profile didn't look too bad but the taste is absolutely gross. Please do yourself and look into another liquid protein supplement. The aftertaste was the worst part; very chemically and artificial. Upon initial ingestion, the fruit punch flavor is their but just barely.
