i have tried 2 flavors of this supplement chocolate and vanilla, i like the chocolate...this is really a great protein blend...it has 7 protein source.....this is the supplement to be taken before you go to bed in the night and in between meals.....this is not suitable for post workout

this supplement does give good results over a period of time , low fat , has some EFAs in it
it has more number of servings compared to other brand protein blend and good price
great product i recommend it to anyone
