Got awesome results on this, dropped body fat from 17% to 10% in 1 and a half bottles. Kept almost all my muscle and did not lose any strength. And I am doing it NATURALLY - NO GEAR. I would definitely recommend Shred, I'll be using it on my next cut for sure
