This is an awesome product. I saw a person on bodyspace, best abs Facebook post used this product. I thought it sounded gross st first. Today I was at the base gym, they had free samples. I took one and ate it after my workout. The taste was a little scuzzy, but it went down quick, no mixing, no fuss, only 90 calories too, perfect for females that do not need a lot of calories!

Freakin love these things! I always have them in my gym bag, car, and bag for days out etc where I'm not going to be near a good lean protein source. They are easy to put down and don't taste too bad either. It feels like you've eating nothing but you've just got 22g of protein. Awesome stuff, loving MusclePharms products all round, great brand

I thought I'd grab the variety pack to make up the free shipping on my order and try a different way of getting protein. After trying all 3 flavors (Ban, Lime & Mango), Banana is the clear winner (yes, I was surprised too!). All the shots go down pretty well and there's hardly any liquid. 22g of protein in 90 cals, you can't really get much more than that. I will buy these again for when I am out and don't want to carry around a shaker or get bloated by protein. Giving it a strong 9, 4.5 stars

Amazing taste! Recommend putting them in the fridge if at all possible to make it even better, but very convenient source of protein on the go!
