This supp does what it says, but if you are sensitive to niacin start out very low. I found out the hard way, also the taste is horrible almost threw up but not even 5 mins later I was feeling it. Only bad thing was my skin felt like it was on fire and it started to turn red. So I would recommend this supp if you dont mind the taste and are not sensitive to niacin.
