didnt really notice a lot of energy like normal pre workout supps so thats why i only gave it 9 stars. I stacked it with NO shotgun and the 2 combined did give very noticeable results. i did feel the second phase of the pill though and it did give me alot more vascularity. i probably wont use this again just because i would have to stack it with another pre workout which would cost more money. if you have the money to buy this and a powdered pre workout than i really suggest doing that.

Have been taking this with iSatori H+Blocker now for about 4 months. Definitely get increased focus and good nitric tingle. The best thing is that I can feel pumps much more intensely than before. Back exercises are perhaps the hardest to develop good pumps, but with this (take the 9 tablet max) and good form I can definitely feel the pumps--even on rear deltoid exercises! I'm knocking it 1 point because I need to take 9 tablets.
