Have been using HBlocker for about 9 months and still using it. Yes, I was fairly skeptical at first like anyone would be. No I'm not a paid pumper either... just a guy trying to get big naturally with a smart combination of OTC supplements. Saw a magazine editor highly recommended this so I tried it. After about 20-30 minutes of a recommended amt, all of a sudden major compound lifts became easier. I really don't feel the difference with small weight iso lifts. But on big weight compound lifts (bench, squat, leg press, rows) I'm really all of sudden feel like... woah, I can do more reps (8-10+) of a weight which before I would struggle to do 4-6. And I end the set feeling great. I think mostly because of the HBlocker, but also because endorphins kick in from knowing I'm surpassing reps I couldn't previous do. There have been days I didn't take it and didn't even remember forgetting and I'll be spent after 4 reps and then it dawns on me... crap, I forgot HBlocker! And it's happened a few times so I know if I want a huge day, don't forget to take it. The only draw back is that it's a bit pricey, but at least I know it makes a difference for me.
