Great product thus far. I have been using it for about 3 months and along with eating well and the 10-week M&S mass building program I have put on about 10 pounds of muscle. This is not easy since I am pushing 50 years old. However, this product has helped extensively. The product tastes great when compared to other products and it mixes very easily. I would highly recommend this product.
