This is a great product for what it is. I haven't tried the comparable (Optimum Nutrition Caesin) yet, but I THINK they are priced pretty close together.

I would give them both a shot! But this one def. passes my test! It's affordable too.

Either way, if you're looking for Casein, I would either go with this or ON's version, you can't go wrong for the $$$.

Amazing. pretty good taste. but i like the thickness of the powder. i like to add just enough water, then freeze it to have protein "ice cream" and this freezes up to make the best! totally hooked on casein. try some!

I've always liked how this casein blended, and the flavor USED to be pretty good. My most recent tub claims, "New Improved Flavor." It sucks. It's still drinkable, but it's nowhere near as good as the previous version. Oh well. It's still a good casein. I wish they'd go back to the old flavor, but they probably changed due to cost.

I mix with a spoon with at least 8oz milk, usually around a pint since they can be very thick unless you mix with a lot of liquid.

I have found this to be the smoothest, and easiest to mix. It is also the superior cookies and cream flavor of the two companies i have tried (dymatize and ON). The only complaint I have is that the cookie pieces are all much heavier than the rest of the mixture and sink to the bottom.

I drink several a day when cutting because they keep me full for a couple hours.

The new cookies flavors tastes excellent! I use it before before bed and definitely notice a difference in recovery times. Great product all round.

Excellent casein source. I have switched from ON casein due to the PRICE. Elite casein tastes and mixes just as well as ON and is cheaper. WIN.

It's a pretty good Casein for what you're paying for, it's a great brand that you can always depend on. The taste of the Chocolate Milk is pretty bad though, it takes extremely chalky but it's drinkable.
