this stuff is amazing.. great work out felt like i could pump all day.. i would also use it before work sometimes not full dose at work or id be wanting to hulk smash some boxes..lol..only problem i had with it was sleeping it would keep me up for 6-8 hr after i took it.. would def recommend this minus the taste......9.5/10
