I really like the line of Monster products and they all taste great and really work well.
The Monster Pump really does help my pumps and energy levels as well as vascular dialation.
I can't recommend it as well as the other Monster products enough.

Poured the 40g packet into a 16 ounce water bottle and shook vigorously for about 12 seconds. No clumping or grit after drinking the product. There was a small amount of white foam on top of the pinkish liquid and the product was slightly carbonated so watch out while you’re opening the cap.
I read a few reviews about this product a while back, and the primary drawback was the taste, or lack thereof. I was hoping by now they improved the flavoring, but they did not. Upon ingestion, it “tastes” like a flavorless chalky substance with splenda. However, there is a semi-pleasant aftertaste of fruit punch, thank goodness. Needless to say, I slammed down the drink and looked forward to its subsequent effects.
The pump was unreal! I could hardly move my bi’s, tri’s, lats, and chest at the end of the workout. Even my shoulders felt a decent pump (unusual for me). The pump didn’t restrict my ROM while working out and lasted 20 min after the end of my workout.
There’s a bunch of goodies in this product, and they definitely seemed to help make my workout a PR-filled one. Even though I took it 25 min before training instead of the recommended 15 min, the timing was perfect for my body. I felt a surge of clean energy that lasted throughout my entire workout.
Focus was also great, especially of some of the lifts I have more trouble focusing, like OHP and Incline BB. I wouldn’t say it was laser-like but it was pretty darn solid and lasted for the majority of my workout.
At $.950 per serving, it’s a little more expensive than some other pre-workouts, but you do get what you pay for. At 100 calories and 25 grams of carbs per serving, plus an additional 8 cals if you count the BCAAs, it has A LOT more calories than most pre-workouts. So if you’re looking for some extra carbs in your pre-workout, this is one the for you.
Monster Pump is a product with great mixibility, ingredients, and power. I would highly recommend this product to someone IF CytoSport improved the chalkyness and lack of flavor upon first taste. Otherwise, Monster Pump helped me to focus and achieve some awesome pumps, all while setting PBs for a plethora of my exercises today.
