I don't like lemon, taste or lemonade, however the taste of this product is great. Have been using for one month now and I feel my muscles engorged after the workout, I feel the difference especially on my triceps. The pump lasts for a few hours! I cant't take caffeine and this product is perfect for me. Five minutes after taking I can feel a throbing sensation in my arms and legs. Great product.
