Goal: Build Muscle
So I'm 2 full weeks into Core Alpha. I've posted about this product a few times already. I have found that dosing 2pills 30mins before my workout gives me the best workouts. I always eat 90-120mins before my workouts. The reason being is because of the added ingredient Mucuna pruriens seed extract (50% L-dopa). This is most effective when taken without the presence of carbohydrates. So on my non-training days, i take 2 pills 30-45mins after my final meal of the day. Sleep like a rock, dreams are crazy! So what has this done in the gym for me
-Incline BB Bench Press 275x11 followed by 315x2 (Both PR's)
-Smith Machine Military Press 275x8 followed by 295x2 (Both PR's)
-Incline Close Grip Press' 265x 8 (PR)
-DB Straight Arm Pullovers 120x17 (PR)
My squats have improved as well. Squatting 365 for reps again. First time this growth season. Basically I didn't like my form. So reset everything. Prior to Alpha, i was at 305x10 on my final working set. So after 2 weeks to get up to 365/315 working sets, I was pretty impressed.
Took time off from Deadlifts. Took back workouts on a different focus. So I brought deads back into my workout last week. Crushed 405x10. Didnt' go to failure. Excited to see if i can break my PR of 405x17 by the end of 8weeks.
As much as I loved Core Test, Core Alpha blows it away...in only 2 weeks. Sweet spots of week 3 thru 5 have been reported thus far. Week 3 here I am!

I am 32 and in average shape. 6ft 230lbs strong... All natural, always was. I decided on a test boost to increase my libido and give me gym motivation.. This worked... My bedroom animal instinct came back and I spent more time in the gym being more productive than usual.
I went through it and took 45 days off and found myself with the same issues again so I tried another test boost called AniTest. I am halfway into the bottle and still have yet to notice any thing at all from it. I will finish it out and then try T911.
