It gets bad review purely based on the worst fish burps ever. Enteric coated usually works but not here, it only delays them. So about two hours after taking i get horrible fish burps with a slight orange essence which really only makes it worse. Also the flavor lingers for quite awhile. I have used regular nonenteric fish oil that gave me burps less frequently and they tasted better.
