take this preworkout and you will not need a preworkout for the time being. the energy and focus and the amount of sweating is insane.

the fat will come off with a bottle of this. i suggest 2 pills a day and not 3. i took three throughout the day and holy cow was i sweating all day and wired. it doesnt sound bad but dont want to push myself to much.

Super HD is Cellucor's ultimate fat loss product. It is a product that i would come back to in times to come!

Postives:
- Appetite Suppressant - i was skeptical at first, but upon trying it ... realised it really does work!!! its amazing to say the least
- Thermogenic aspects - this will get you working a up a sweat in no time! perfect as a pre-workout (although not as hard hitting as specific pre-workouts) but great nonetheless
- Clean sustained energy without any crash

negatives:
- May irritate your stomach the first couple of times you take it, especially if you haven't taken a fat loss product before (as i found out!) but your body will get used to it, so its fine!
- Value - many people always say price is the major negativity about Cellucor products ... but i ask you to consider this! Would you rather pay more for a product that will work or be sucked into marketing strategies of lower end products for cheaper prices?

All in all a great product, highly recommended.

Cellucor Super HD my first thermo product ever taken. Since I can't compare it to anything I will describe my experience. Started off by taken 1 capsule in the morning first thing I notice was great mood it got me in, then the energy and heat kicked in which got me sweating and anxious to workout. The energy lasted a couple of hours. I didn't experience any side affects at all even on two capsules a day. I have been using this as my pre-workout since it gives me great energy. Overall I had a great experience with this thermo product. I would recommend this product to anybody that doesn't have an issue with yohimbe.

For the first time ever using a fat burner I was pretty impressed at how my body changed over the past couple weeks. I don't have prior experience to compare, but I'd say this did the job perfectly for me.
I saw my body become more well defined, and tighter all over (especially in my lower core), which is exactly what I was hoping this would do! This was only in 2 weeks of use as well, I can only imagine what would have happened with a continuous month of taking this! :D
The perfect dosing for me was 3 pills a day, which provided me with steady energy throughout the day, whereas when I only took 2 I found myself kinda teetering off close to when I would take the second pill/again at night.
The only thing in my mind that brought this down was the cost/dosing ratio. For many people the optimal dosing was 2, but again for me it was 3. Due to this it'd be pretty costly for me to run this due to the 60 pill supply only lasting 20 days (well worth the changes that occur though!) ... after researching though, this was in the general price range for this type of price/dosing of a fat burner, so this really wasn't that big of a downfall in the end during the rating, which is why this product has earned such a high rating from myself!

Recommended if you're looking to burn fat, along with maintaining high energy levels and a great focus throughout the day :)

Still hitting PR's i hit 275 x 5 on BB Row and got 315 x 2 and last time i did them i struggled on 225 x 5 nearly 6-8 months ago (cant remember).
Bench Numbers are on the rise too hit 245 x 3 on Barbell Incline on Wednesday
Monday I did heavy deadlifts and worked up to 365 for multiple sets of 2 reps with better form than last time.

Thoughts:
- Increased Body Temp
- No Jittery Energy ... Very Smooth
- Overall better mood and sense of awareness
- Skin gets a touch red (niacin flush)
- First few doses at 2 caps I could feel myself melting on the treadmill for morning cardio such a good feeling!
