OrangeJuice's 1.M.R Review
Just tried this out today and thought I had to make a review for it. Took it 15 mins before I went to the gym, and right as I picked up the weight in the gym I felt it kick in. Extreme focus and energy. You do feel a little lightheaded after sets, but you can deal with it for the pump your getting. I didnt focus on anything but the motion of the exercise, I didn't even look at the clock 1 time in my workout. I threw on an extra 10 pounds in every exercise I did. After I did a set I did feel lightheaded and burped a lil, but you can deal with it for the pump, extreme focus, and energy you get. This is deff one of the best pre workout supps I have ever taken. Most people talk about a crash with 1MR, but I feel no crash, I actually feel wired.
I have taken other pre workout supps such as Jack3d. I feel like other supps make me a little jittery and more lightheaded then 1MR. If your new to taking pre workout supps I would suggest 1MR. Its very potent, so you might have to take a little less then the recomended amount. I did take 1 scoop, but like I said I've take pre workout supps before, so I knew what I was expecting. If you've never tried a pre workout supp I would try half a scoop and see how you feel. If you didn't feel lightheaded or burp a lil, then I would take the full scoop. Deff don't take more then the full scoop, you could puke lol.
To take it I would put the 1 scoop in a cup and put as little water in so I can take it down like a shot. It doesn't taste that great, but if you down it quick its not that bad. If your use to drinking coffee, monter, or redbull, then you'll deff like the feeling.
I hope my review helps anyone looking for a pre workout supp. 1MR is the way to go!
