I have tried all of the flavors of UMP and love them all. It is the best tasting protein on the market. I use it as a before bedtime snack, mix it with a little almond milk and eat it as protein pudding. It fills me up and tastes delicious. A little pricier than some other proteins but well worth the cost.

I have tasted a number of other brands of protein and this by far is my favorite! Vanilla is my preference but Cookies & Cream and Chocolate are just as good. Mixes well and tastes great, it's better than a milkshake. Little pricier than others but I think it's worth the extra.
