I take this with bullrush recelerator and protein and my gains have been good. I sometimes mix it with recelerator because of the same flavor, and do it during or before workouts, and it has yet to cause any aching of the stomach or prevent me from pushing myself hard as long as i dont chug a whole 16oz. Would recommend to others.
