I have always been skeptical of preworkout supplements. The first few I tried all had the same effect; NO pump, but a lot of jitter. I almost felt like my bones were trying to jump out of my skin. And I didn't like it.

When I finally got my hands on a sample of PreSurge I was very pleased with the results.
I took it about 15 minutes before leaving for the gym. When I arrived I did a short cardio warmup. Didn't notice much from the PreSurge at that point.
Then I started hitting the weights.

I started noticing that my focus was much improved from normal. This was a very nice change from my normal distracted self.

The next thing I noticed was that I was adding more weight than normal. It just seemed like my body was on a whole new level.

Best of all I never felt that jittery feeling! I was more of a man on a mission.

Taste was good. Big grape flavor and not that bad.

I have the Citrus Ice flavor and the taste was nothing special but pretty much what you would expect from a pre workout. It didn't mix particularly well (clumped up at the bottom of the shaker repeatedly). If I took the product more than 3 days in a row I started to get diarrhea from it. That being said the pump I get is great and I continue to use it for that reason.

This is one of my favorite preworkouts, and I have tried many!! This is a very underated product.

Taste: The taste is ok, could be better but It goes down easily and I'm not that picky of taste as long as the product works good. Taste is over rated in my opinion.

Focus: This is where the product really shines. I get a very great focus when I use Presurge. I have a very good focus that just keeps on task when I'm in the gym and it allows me to get a great workout. I like the addition of L-Theanine and the Neuravena to help with the mind muscle connection.

Energy: This product delivers a great clean energy with no crash after my workout. This also has 225 grams of caffeine but it doesn't feel like it has that much becasue the L-Theanine helps control the caffeine which I like.

Pumps: I great great pumps using Presurge because of the Glycocarn and my pumps are even better when I stack Ape when using Presurge. Vascularity is also more noticable.

Extras: I really like the Creatine RT that is Presurge has becasue it allows me to get my daily creatine and the RT allows for better absorption without me needing to add a bunch of unneeded carbs.

Overall this is a great product that I highly recommend and it is one of my favorite and go to preworkouts. Give this a try and stack it with Ape and IntaBolic and you won't be dissapointed.

Not much to say about PSU, except it's freakin awesome! One scoop gives me a nice, non-jittery boost of energy. I also found myself able to maintain excellent focus during sets and even some residual focus post-workout, which was useful for studying and whatnot.

The watermelon flavor tasted somewhat like a jolly rancher, but there was a bit of an aftertaste that I couldn't quite identify. Maybe it was the caffeine, but it was a slight twang. Then again, taste isn't very important for me with regards to pre-workouts

Endurance was noticeably strong throughout my workout. I felt a tiny bit of a taper off at the end but overall I had lots of gas in the tank to get me through the grueling workout.

Even-though the workout was really intense I felt that my post workout recovery was alot better than usual. It could be due to the product helping to prime the muscle for post workout nutrition and absorbing the nutrients better into the muscles.

The flavor that I was given to log was Juicy Watermelon. The initial taste is awesome and has some similarities to a watermelon jolly rancher. There is a strange chemical aftertaste however which sort of lingers in your mouth. If ity wasn't for that I'd rate it much higher..

Mixability: 9.5/10

This product is great for mixing. After a few good shakes pretty much everything dissolved and there were no floaters. There may have been a tiny particle or to but other than that it's almost perfect.

Energy: 8.5/10

Energy was pretty good overall. I was a little tired heading into my workout but it gave the the kick in the pants I needed to get going. Once I had a few sets under my belt it was mostly smooth sailing from there.

Focus: 8.5/10

My focus was also noticeably sharper than usual as once I was into a few sets I had laser like vision on pounding out as many sets as possible. I really forgot about what was happening around me and got down to business.

Pump: 8/10

While I did have more of a pump than usual and abit more muscle fullness I was a little disappointed here as I expected more. I have had better pumps with other pre-workouts in the past but this was still pretty decent. Maybe with an increased dose I would have noticed more.

Price: 9/10

After taking a browse at pricing I notice that this product was very well priced when compared to most pre-workouts. I would say it is one of the better deals out there

Overall/Final Thoughts: 8.5/10

Overall I was quite satisfied with this product as it provides a great workout experience. Good energy, focus and a solid pump. AEN did a good job here!

Taste 10/10 - It tasted great easy to go down. Tasted just like a fruit drink!

Mixability 8/10 - Was a little clumpy, but it's nothing that would stir me away from this product. Just let it sit and it dissolves well.

Energy 9/10 - Gave me a great burst of energy and I was able to destroy my workout!No tingling or jitters after. Focus 9/10 - Was able to stay on it usually I'll get distracted or take longer breaks that I'd like this kept me going and ready for the next set.

Recovery - Can't really say due to it just being a sample

Pump 9/10- Pump was great felt that nice burning in my muscles after reps. Was feeling real thick solid and tight. Loved it!

Overall - I found it to be an amazing product worth the money. Don't look this one over at all it holds with the rest

Normally I stay away from pre workouts with caffeine but I think presurge really got it right, not too much to cause the jittery feeling that you get with some pre workout drinks but just enough to really get you focused in the gym. The flavor was surprisingly strong so I advise that you mix as directed for once, normally I mix with about half of the water it calls for to actually get a flavor but this stuff is well flavored which was shocking for me. I'm glad I finally gave it a shot, I don't think I will be lifting without some.

I've taken pretty much every stim and non stimmed product on the market, and PreSurge Unleashed is the only one that I find myself consistently buying again and again. The energy is on par with 1,3 containing products and higher stim products, but never is jittery. I've taken 2 scoops while fasted and been good for 8+ hours. I like the inclusion of glyco carn..something I grew fond of a couple years ago through research. Also the Theanine, which is something I take for relaxation and focus anyways. 1.5-2 scoops and im in full out beast mode on this stuff, and i havent built a tolerance at all.

To start I'd like to say that I'm 6'2, I weigh 205lbs, I lift heavy approx. 4-5 days a week and I've been lifting for 11 years.

As a long time fan of IntrAbolic, I couldn't wait to try PreSurge Unleashed (PSU). The first day I tried it, I had a light breakfast (bowl of cereal, a banana, glass of OJ and a protein shake) and then took two scoops about 1 hour and 15 mins later. I thought that I wouldn't feel the full effects of it because I'd been on stims for the past three weeks, I had an exhausting leg workout the day before, and I was really tired when I walked into the gym that morning. I was dead wrong! I frigging DESTROYED my shoulder and tris workout! I can honestly say that I have never personally responded this well to a pre-workout supp. Sorry if I sound like a huge fanboy, but I can't remember the last time I was this impressed with a supplement.

Seated barbell shoulder press went up 10 lbs for three sets.

Side lateral raises went up 5 lbs on each dumbbell for three sets.

Front lateral raises stayed the same, but I was able to control the pace to a much better level.

Skull crushers went up 5 lbs for all three sets.

All other tris exercises were the same but I felt the contraction much more and all exercises felt like I had better control.

Flavour (Wildberry): I think this tastes better than wildberry IntrAbolic. It smelled and tasted kind of like bubble gum with a hint of cinnamon. I mixed it with about 12 oz of water and it wasn't too strong or too weak. I liked the flavour. 9/10

Mixability: I tossed two scoops it into my shaker cup with 12 oz of water, shook it vigorously and took a look. I was surprised it was all mixed. No clumps sitting at the bottom. 10/10

Energy/Focus: I was really impressed again. I've been on stims for the last three weeks and I still felt this one. No jitters, just consistent clean energy and vicious focus. 10/10

Strength: See story above. Lifts went up. I felt like a monster. I was sweating my a$$ off. 10/10

Pumps: Pumps were awesome too. I normally don't get a great pump in my shoulders, but I did today. It was awesome to see. My tris had a good pump and felt rock solid. 10/10

Kind of a funny PSU story not related to lifting, but to a job interview:

I had a job interview a couple weeks back. Usually during interviews I'm a little nervous and sometimes I lose focus. So...about 25 mins before the interview, I took a scoop of PSU and went in and murdered it. Focus was great. I tuned in on everything they asked and responded with well thought out answers without going off topic. I was at the top of my game.

A week later, I was called in for a follow-up interview with them. Once again, I took a scoop of PSU and went over my qualifications with the CEO. By the end of the interview, I was signing employment papers and shaking hands with my new boss.

I worked hard to get the interviews, but I think PSU gave me a little extra edge.

Didn't get much out of this product. Finished the whole container and tried many different dosages and different amounts of time before a workout and never really worked for me. I felt some energy and increase in pump but not as much as others are claiming. I usually workout at 7 P.M. so I'd take it anywhere from 6:15 to 6:45 and I could never fall asleep until around 2 in the morning, sucked. Started out with 2 scoops, then jumped to 3, still no difference. The more I took the longer it would take for me to fall asleep, that's how I saw it.

Strength - 9.2 - Overall strength was awesome. Allowed for me to up my weights in most workout.

Energy - 8.6 - Overall Energy was great. I do most of my workouts early in the morning so I need something that wakes me up and gets me going. PSU did just that.

Focus - 9.0 - Great focus, had a few off days but for the most part it was just me and the workout. Nothing else mattered.

Mood - 9.2 - Never put me in a bad mood, I had a few aggressive moods during some of my workouts, but never a negative mood.

Taste - 9.96- I loved the flavor it was by far the best pre-workout I have tasted.

Mix ability - 9.88 - It always mixed up for well. Even when not using enough water it would still mix up perfectly.

Overall - 9.26 - Great product. I will definitely be purchasing this product again. I may try a different flavor and get my wife turned on to it as well. I have and will continue to recommend this product to friends and others that ask my opinion on a pre-workout

Flavor- very nice and smooth. If you like tart mix a little weaker want a fresh citrus almost like spritzer add a little more water. I really liked it almost like a countrytime lemonade mixed with tang. I really liked it... So did my wife ( I let her try two samples so I could get another opinion so I didnt exaggerate(?) about the product)

Mixing - good -very little left over I would say a lot less then many I have tried. Almost like when mixing koolaid and the little sugar left around the inside of the cup....no grit just a little that didnd desolve. Little bit of foam but settled after a min or less. I enjoyed the cleanup, a little water swish it around and drink and its allgone!

Effectiveness- Very clean no crash! I enjoy the bit of pump I got from it... wasnt crazy jittery pumps more of an even very usable feeling ( I had a bad stomach reaction when I mixed it with a another companys intra). My wife however had no stomach issues and really pushed herself they day I was wwith her! She had DOMS two days later hahahahaha. I think she didnt realize that it "beings so easy" really wasnt how strong she was I think the Presurge add that little bit of extra for her.

I am very please with this product. With no crash and reasonable pumps it is a good product. I have had several PRE's that their mix was weird and gave me massive stomach or just ichy feeling. I honestly don't know how you could feel "nothing" off a pre workout like this! If I were you, I'd take a look at how much stims you're taking because looks like your receptors are burned out! I get great energy from this, about on par or more than jack3d. Have been using it for about a year now, on workout days only, and the effects have barely changed from when I first started using it. This product tastes pretty good but it doesn't work. The first day I took this it was the morning and I took one scoop and felt nothing. So the next workout day I took it a bit earlier than last time and still felt nothing. Happily surprised by this product. Love that it uses GPLC as its NO-potentiator rather than arginine. Pumps, energy, stamina and focus all were very good without any of the drawbacks of many other preworkout products; no stimmed-out feeling, no bloat, no nausea, no crash. Taste was also great, although I did mix it with one serving of Watermelon Xtend (seriously, it was really fucking good with the Xtend). My only problem with it is that it's fairly underdosed, like most preworkouts on the market today. I used a sample packet that contained the equivalent of two servings, and figure that any less than two servings would provide little effect for people my size (225 lbs). Those under 200 lbs will likely do very well with one serving, however, which makes it a pretty good value. Really like this product, and I don't like most preworkouts. This and Dymatize Xpand are tops in the category.

Just bought this product for about $32, my friend and i compete intensely in the gym and he has been taking Jac3d for some time now, and getting absolutely ripped, and in a search to get something better i researched and stumbled upon AE Pre-surge. Now as for results, I been using this stuff for over a year. I still get the energy I need to do a 2 and half out workout. The thing about PreSurge over other pre-workout supplements is that is stays with you throughout the workout. Others jack you up and wear off midway through. PreSurge is the energizer bunny of them all. Best part is that if you have a sensitive stomach this stuff will not cause you to hit the bathroom more than the weights.

I got the chance to log this recently and was impressed from the first workout. This flavor is better than the other in my opinion after trying both. The main perk of this product when compared to others is the pump. The energy, focus, and zero crash are there but it excels in the pump factor for me. One of the better ones I've used and I'd buy it before 1MR. 1MR made me a bit too jittery and the crash with PSU is minimal in comparison. The pumps are way better than 1MR as well. I only rated it a 4.5 instead of 5 due to the cost being a bit higher than some products since I use 2 scoops per workout rather than 1. Well worth a try!
