Creatine RT is straight up a 10 in every way. The taste is amazing. It doesnt leave me bloated. Mixes with water after shaking the shaker only 2 times.

Been taking it 15 mins before my workout. its not heavy on my stomach and when i leave the gym.. damn my muscles are feeling full and pumped!

Grape bubble gum tastes great, but that is not what is important. I have been taking this creatrine supplement for 2 months now and it is awesome. I do not feel bloated taking it like creatine I have used in the past. I can tell my muscles are harder, nor just gaining size, which is a huge improvement over other other creatines. I believe this should be the only way creatine should be made, with the tarragon extract and not sugars. Great work again AEN, I totally believe in your products.

Excellent product. There's really nothing bad I can say about this. The taste is bang on, the price is reasonable and I have seen consistent gains for over 2 months while using it. AEN makes solid products, I recommend using this with Intabolic and M&S Premium series whey post workout. Good luck!

Usually I'm skeptically about trying designer creatine products, but a buddy recommended this to me and the price was right, so I gave it a try.

The flavor was present, but not overly sweet which is good. I definitely noticed the increased strength that comes with creatine products, however I also noticed that I was leaning out somewhat. This could have been due to minimized water retention. Nonetheless, it was awesome!

Have done two "cycles" of this and definitely like it and have seen results. Nice to not have to crank a bunch of carbs in with my creatine. Only thing that keeps it from 10/10 is the price, relative to mono.

Excellent product! Very nice taste (just a little bit after taste. Can barely notice).
I saw a fast increase in my endurance and strength, and I don't take much stuff: Just this, L-Carnitine and BCAA.

I've been taking this product for approximately 14 days. I have experienced great results from the product. The taste is actually pretty good and it all mixes well with water. The only down side was within 2 hours after taking a serving I was stuck in the bathroom. I experience the same problem with other creatine supplements but they generally seize after a few days of taking the product. Overall, great supplement!

AEN always brings quality products to the table. I have gone through a whole tub of Creatine RT and it's definitely a solid product. I experienced slightly better results in strength compared to Universal creatine mono. The taste is very good, even when mixed with water alone. The only thing which dropped the score a bit was the cost vs servings. 20 servings does not go a long way, so this would add 30$ per month to your supp expense.

Great product. Previously i used Con Cret and did not find it to be effective so i switched to Creatine RT after having a sample at the Vitamin Shoppe here. Taste was great and mixed well. Really fueled my workouts and helped increase my strength. Im looking forward to trying PreSurge in the future.

Creatine RT is a great product that is essential for those looking to add some muscle mass. By the time my tub was finished, my strength had increased, I looked leaner yet went up in overall weight, and my muscles looked much better. It gives them that "pumped" look even when your not working out. They do look full and take shape alot easier. My muscles felt great, not tired or sore. The taste was excellent as well, on par w/ all of AEN's products. This is a product that can take you to the next level.

I have known Seb since the inception of AEN and have used all of their products and have had good results from every one of them. This stand alone creatine product is no different.
I understand the concept of adding RT to the creatine monohydrate powder as Seb has used it in other product using Monohydrate but seriously thought that this product wasn't going to cut it in the market with all the other cheaper products out there. However i was wrong!

I used it as suggested at 5 days on and 2 days off and used it post-workout as i have a pre-workout and intra product. I also hadn't really been using a stand alone creatine product sine i last used a Kre-Alkalyn product and finished this at the beginning of August, so i had been without one for around a month and started the RT at the beginning of September.

I didn't really see anything from it for around 1-2 weeks but then i could feel a big difference in my muscle fullness, not such a pump but an overall fullness that stayed and developed daily. The shape started to change towards the end of the tub and could see the roundness of the biceps and especially shoulders developing again. My strength went up slightly from starting it and gained a couple of pounds without looking or feeling any bloat. I have purchased another tub and will this time add it into my intrabolic and see what difference it makes to my workouts.

Overall ratings :

Taste - Actually a very nice tasting fruit punch - 4/5

Muscle Fullness and shape - 5/5 as the fullness that was felt was very good and the shape appearing in the shoulders especially.

Results - For speed of results it gets a 5/5 as taking it for 1-2 weeks at 5 days a week so in essence taking it for 7-8 days started to show results.

All in all a very good stand alone Creatine product, backed by a trusted company that delivers high quality ingredients, that maybe some will say a little pricey for a month supply when you can get bulk Creatine for a lot less. But the quality and results are worth the little extra in this industry IMO and you do actually get what you pay for now a days.

Not a big fan of Fruit Punch so i was pleasantly surprised that this tasted good when mixed with 16oz of water. Way better than just a powdered monohydrate, so taste was definitely good for something you just want to sit and drink.

Overall i loved this product and it backs up all the claims made by the company. Gained strength, stayed lean and dry, and felt great. I continue to use this product and believe it is worth the upgrade from just a cheap monohydrate supplement.

I've only gone through one tub of Creatine RT, but the results so far a pretty solid. Strength has been shooting up and size/muscle fullness is definitely increased. I really like the concept and science of russian tarragon. I have nightmares about my first mixture of creatine and 75g of sugar, so anything to reduce sugar intake and increase creatines effects...fine by me.

The flavor is awesome. I really love it and want to drink it more than I should. Almost a fruity cinnamon flavor, but very delicious.

took this post workouts, it was suppose to help with strength and power. my boyfriend and the internet said that creatine usually causes bloating, being a girl i was against that. but he told me i didn't have to worry with Creatine RT from AEN. AEN adds a russian terragon that helps stop bloating. i took this for a whole month and did not once, see any sign of bloating. i did see some gains in strength, and looked like my muscles, small as they are, fuller. would recommend this, very delicious tasting, and mixes perfectly.

This stuff is amazing! First off, you have the best form of creatine...Creapure. Next, you don't have a bunch of sugars to help with the creatine absorption. I found myself to be a non responder to regular creatine mono, but this product fixes that. I have noticed no bloat or anything of that nature either. Great product and should be a serious contender for your daily creatine product!

Great product. After about 5 days I noticed I felt stronger in the gym and had more energy. I have never felt this from a create supplement before. The taste is not bad, easy enough to get down.
