I took this product exactly how it said it should be taken.
1 pill = 1 dose 45mins before my workout.
That day I was doing my back, my triceps and my abs.
Wow!
I got to say that it's like the first time that I really felt a product so much.
My blood was pumping.
I was on fire... literally... in a good way.
I was able to push myself like never before.
Putting more weight on every exercise I did.
I definitely recommend it and will be taken it every time I workout.
A great product that does exactly what it says.
