Motivate Reviews

First off Anabolic Innovations is very good for sending out samples of some of their products to customers so you can try it before you buy it to make sure it works for you. I had received a sample of Motivate when it first came out and put it to the test before a heavy workout and it worked great for me andI purchased a jar right away. I only use it like once every 4 to 5 weeks because I have about 10 different stim products that I rotate each workout so my body doesn't get use to the ingredients. Today was a Motivate day I popped 4 caps on an empty stomach and 30 minutes later had my protein shake and 20 minutes later it was time to do battle with iron. What I like about Motivate is that it only has 40mgs of caffeine in each
cap so you when you take 4 caps it's only 160mgs of caffeine so you are not bouncing off the wall. Motivate at 4 caps give me a nice clean focused energy that last right through my workout and beyond. I have never experienced a bad workout on it and today was no exception I had a fantastic back, trap, and ab workout where I went up in weight in almost all my lifts. I definatly recommend Motivate to anyone who is looking for very good preworkout in a capsule.
