Since I have added Body Mortar to my stack, DOMS have become a thing of the past and the carbs help power me through those last few grueling sets.

While some will argue that other intra-workout supplements are more complete because of this or that, Body Mortar has everything I'm looking for and nothing that I'm not.

Like all intra-workout supplements, Body Mortar IS expensive, but making BCAAs both mixable and palatable isn't easy, and AMS has done both.
