I absolutely love this stuff! The taste is phenomanol. I have a hard time drinking water during my workouts and this stuff tastes like kool-aid. Easy to drink. As far as effectiveness that's hard to tell. I get plenty of aminos from my protein shakes and diet so I mainly drink this for flavor. Good stuff for sure. Highly recommended.

You can refer to my previous review in terms of the overall appeal of this product. I mainly wanted to review each flavor and this was the better one in my opinion. I used 10 ounces of water as indicated per the sample pack I used and it was a light and tasty raspberry flavor. Great value!

I had a sample pack of this to try and I was pretty impressed. The mixability is on par with others as all bcaa powders I've used take a bit of time to settle. The taste was good but not great. The value per serving is great though since the only other bcaa I've seen for 45 cents a serving is Allmax's Aminocore but that's in the 111 serving container. I prefer the red raspberry flavor though and will be reviewing it as well.
