Recoup is an advanced blend of the 3 Branch Chain Amino Acids, L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine. Each serving provides a full 7.2 grams of these essential amino acids that play such an important role in recovery after a period of stress such as an intense workout. These pharmaceutical-grade BCAAs are supplemented with pure Free Form L-Glutamine and Citrulline Malate. In addition, a full complement of the B vitamins have been added. Mix 1 heaping scoop, (11.8 grams) with 6-10 ounces of water. Due to the natural resistance BCAAs have to liquids, some settling may occur on both the top and bottom of the solution.

worst flavor of the bunch, gets some getting used to, but still a great product over all. if all the other flavors don't sound good expect lemonade, still buy it! great amnio acid profile and price :)

really good, sweet flavor, only complaint is that it takes forever to dissolve and at time doesn't ever completely dissolve. still has all the aminos and added vitamins i want. great price too. will buy again and again, get some!

First flavour of Recoup I tired. Pretty sweet but not horrible. give it some time to dissolve and its a great products. I'm a new loyal buyer of Recoup. Try some for yourself. Its great when/if you ever crave something sweet and fruity.

second flavor and 3rd container of Recoup. Yes it's a bit sweet but the amino acid and vitamin profile is awesome. it takes time to dissolve like most amino's (if you understand the chemical properties of amino's you'll know why) so thats okay. overall i am very happy with the product and plan to try out more of the flavours :) way better than USPLabs Modern BCAA's.

I bought this on sale and I was disappointed. I usually get my BCAA's from USPLabs, but i liked the profile with added vitamins so i decided to give Dymatize a shot. The big down sides were the mixability and taste - very grainy and way to sweet. Also, does it HAVE to be blue because its "blue raspberry"? I felt like that was unnecessarily added.

I love this product. Some people complain about an after taste, but I haven't really noticed one. Maybe it has to do with the flavor, but who knows. Recoup has a better profile than Xtend and is cheaper too. All in all I would recommend this to anyone.

This stuff is packed with everything needed for a recovery product. The taste some what sweet, but nothing that you cant get used to. My only complaint with Recoup is the after taste it leaves in my mouth hours after consuming.
