Excellent multi. I have taken for about 6 months now after taking basic Centrum for a full year, and GNC Mega Men Sport for about a year. I feel like the absorption is higher for no other reason than my body seems to expell the nutrients more evenly, as opposed to peeing neon yellow within two hours after taking the GNC vitamins.
My only complaint is that it should have at least 100% of zinc and magnesium, but I take a ZMA supplement before bed to compensate.
