i would give this an eleven if i could. No bloat, no stomach problems (and i have an easily messed up stomach), mixes well, could barely barely just tell it was there in juice and didn't notice it in protein shakes. Plus, i've definitely gained weight on it and i feel much stronger and energetic in the gym.

This is basically your standard creatine mono. I didn't really like how grainy it tasted, but I just drank it fast and got it over with. If your looking for creatine this is a perfect supp, very affordable and does the job.

This is a great product for a great price. It's your basic micronized creatine and it does the trick. The taste is a little gritty at first, but I got used to it quickly. Mixed with protein shakes, you can't even taste it. Bottom line is this is an extremely solid supplement and I would highly recommend it.
