As a dietary supplement, Napalm is a high potency formula that may be mixed in water or your favorite sports drink. To assess for tolerance, begin use with 1-2 scoops (Typically, users that weight under 150 lbs should start with 1 scoop) in your beverage of choice, 30 to 45 minutes prior to working out. This pre-workout rocks!!! The price is exceptional and I was sad when used my last scoop. It puts you right where you need to be in the gym, FOCUSED! The taste is exceptional and I look forward to replenishing my workouts with Napalm Mini! I have tried all of the best pre-workouts and this is up there with White Flood and Jack3d at the top.
