I originally got this as a gift, but I'm hooked. This is by far the best protein iv'e used. The serving sizes are very reasonable and you really cant beat the price. I usually toss in a few scoops with a banana, milk, and some ice, and it is actually really yummy. I have been stuck at 215 lbs for a couple years, and over the past few months I have jumped up to around 250. Not to mention my overall strength gains. This thing wipes the floor with some of the products i have used that cost upwards of $80 for the same size. My only complaint is that it has a little more fat in it than I prefer.

I have a jug of the Chocolate and the Cake Batter, they are both amazing as far as taste! I've used several different mass gainers out there but Monster Mass has been by far the best tasting. Ratios are decent, I would prefer less fat, maybe more protein. I have another brand that has similar carbs, 60g protein, and very little fat I like those rations better, but the taste doesn't compare. I use mass shakes PWO and it's like my "treat" for the day. I eat very clean/bland all day, so I look forward to a GREAT tasting shake PWO. I highly recommend Monster Mass, you will NOT be disappointed.

Monster Mass is a superb product! It taste fucking awesome and mixes easily with milk or water (you can vary it up depending on how many calories you need). I used 2 shakes per day for 6 weeks and gained 13lbs, most of it muscle mass. I was also using IsoFUEL, No-Shotgun, Universal creatine mono and fish oil. If you use MM with a soid diet and heavy train you will gain. Definitely recommend this product!

Used two 5lb tubs and at age 44 I made some decent gains. The taste was very good and would satisfy most chocolate lovers. The only problem was the huge amount of gas i would produce on it...I had some rolling thunder going on for several months. Not saying it will effect everyone this way and i would recomend it to others.

I love Monster Mass, the taste is great, and the makeup is perfect! It has everything you need, whey isolate, whey concentrate, casein, all your BCAA's, Glutamine, good Cholesterol, Complex Carbs and Vitamins! You can be sure that your not under nourished after a workout by taking this! One thing I love about monster mass is that I have been able to keep a strict diet before my workouts and on off days (no sat/ trans fat, or sugar, calories under 2000 a day), but when I do my workout I take a 1/2 serving of this this mixed with a 1/2 serving of citogainer (to achieve 1.5 gram creatine intake) after my workout. Doing this for the past few months I have dropped my body fat to 6.1% and went up to 54% muscle mass, this product has essentially helped me achieve my goal of cutting fat and building muscle at the same time.
