How much does shipping cost?
We only charge $5.99 flat rate to ship same-day via FedEx. This is our fast shipping service, you will receive your package in 1-5 business days. Whether a package weighs 5 pounds or 50 pounds, shipping will never be more than $5.99 to customers within the continental United States (Exc. PO boxes).
USPS shipping cost is based on the package weight, starting at $4.95. For customers choosing USPS as a shipping method, whether you're located in Spain or California, we charge the actual shipping price quoted by USPS. You pay what we pay to ship your package with USPS.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship Monday through Friday. M&S offers true same-day shipping! All FedEx orders placed before 8PM Eastern ship the same business day, while USPS orders placed before 12AM ship the same business day. Any orders placed after these two time frames will be processed and shipped the next business day. Our average time from order placement to delivery is 2-3 business days!
Please note: FedEx does not guarantee Express & Overnight shipments will be picked up and shipped at 7PM. FedEx Guarantees 6:30pm for these shipments.
How long will it take to receive my order in the United States?
Customers who have chosen FedEx as their shipping method should expect to receive their package within 1-5 business days (our average is 2 days). Keep in mind, FedEx Home Delivery considers business days to be Tuesday through Saturday - FedEx Ground (business destinations) operates Monday - Friday.
Customers within the United States who have chosen USPS as their shipping method should expect to receive their package within 1-6 business days.
Has my order been shipped?
To check the status of your order log into Your Account. Once logged in, you can view the status of any previous order and its accompanying tracking number with either USPS or FedEx. We ship orders very fast, most orders are received, processed and shipped in only a few hours.
How can I calculate my shipping and total order cost?
To find out how much it will cost to ship your package you must first add the desired products you'd like to order to your shopping cart, then visit your shopping cart (link) and enter in the country and zip code of where you'd like to ship your order. Once you've done this, simply press "Calculate Shipping."
You will then be presented with a list of shipping methods and the costs associated with them.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes! Keep in mind, if you're shipping to a PO Box you must choose USPS as your shipping method. FedEx is currently unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to ALL APO Addresses/Military Bases! Keep in mind, if you're shipping to an APO address you must choose USPS as your shipping method. You must also choose "Unites States" as your country, so you will take advantage of USPS's domestic rates and not be billed at international rates.

Do you ship on Saturday? (YES!)
Absolutely. We're in the warehouse processing and packaging orders every Saturday morning between the hours of 8 AM and 12 PM Eastern. If your order is placed Friday night or over the weekend, your package will be prepared to leave our warehouse first thing Monday morning!
How can I track my package?
To find the tracking number for your order log into Your Account. Once logged in, you can view the status of any previous order and its accompanying tracking number with either USPS or FedEx. While FedEx typically has up to the minute tracking services, USPS does not have the same tracking capabilities as FedEx.

Do you fraud check all orders?
Absolutely. While we have secret proprietary technology and methods on how we check orders for fraud, we will say that we start by checking the following pieces of information:
- IP address
- Credit card details
- Matching billing/shipping addresses
In some cases, particularly with international orders, we will first contact the customer before shipping out their package to them to verify their identity.
We vigorously attempt to prosecute ALL individuals whom place fraudulent orders.
