We offer international shipping to over 50 countries through the United States Postal Service for the quickest, most affordable shipping possible. For shipments to Canada, we ship with Canada Post. Most orders placed are shipped within the same business day and usually take 4-14 business days to arrive depending on your location.

How Much Does International Shipping Cost?

International shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your package. You can get a quote for shipping your internationally order on the shopping cart page.

International customers can save money by buying multiple items. This is the best way to save money on shipping. The chart below shows how much cheaper it is to send a single shipment internationally with a lot of weight, as opposed to multiple shipments with a lesser weight.

Chris in Canada orders three bottles of supplement ABC from Muscle and Strength:

Billy in Canada orders one bottle of supplement ABC from Muscle and Strength.com. He plans to order a bottle each month as he runs out:

While Billy does spend less money on shipping by ordering just one supplement at a time, his total shipping costs to get all three bottles of supplement ABC is $64.41 – almost twice as much as Chris paid.

What Countries Do You NOT Ship To?

Muscle and Strength ships to most countries from all corners of the globe! If we could, we'd ship everywhere, but unfortunately due to the fraudulent orders originating from certain countries we cannot ship to them. Here's a list of the countries we do not ship to:

What Is Your International Shipping Method?

For shipments to Canada, we use Canada Post. For all other shipments we ship with United States Post Office. We ship international orders every day and have found Canada Post and USPS to be safe and reliable.

Can I Track My International Package?

Unfortunately Canada Post or United States Postal Service do not offer point-to-point tracking service.

Do I Have To Pay Duties/Taxes On My Order?

In most cases shipments will reach their destination without any issues. However, in some cases your package may be stopped at customs and you may be charged duties and/or taxes on your order. These taxes are payable to the government of your country of residence. The amount of tax or duty you may be charged depends on the policies of your country of residence.

If your country does charge you duties/taxes, you will be notified by your local authority on how to pay them. If you refuse to pay the fees, the order may or may not be returned to us. If the order is returned and the products are in salable condition, we will give you a full refund minus shipping fees charged to send the package back to us. Please note, we cannot issue refunds for packages that we do not receive back. In rare cases, customs might choose to destroy your package.

What Happens If My Order Is Stopped By Customs?

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

If your package is stopped by customs you should receive notification from them. This is usually a slip in the mail. The slip will tell you how to pay the required taxes/duties. Once you have paid the fees, customs will forward your package on.

Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for packages that are seized or destroyed by customs. If customs sends the package back to us, and the products are in salable condition, we will issue you a refund minus shipping costs charged to us for when sending the package back.

What Products Are Illegal In My Country?
