For packages weighing over 4lbs, we strongly recommend you choose FedEx as your international carrier. FedEx will pre-clear your package with customs before it even hits the border. This speeds up the process and allows FedEx to deliver much faster. Also, FedEx's point-to-point international tracking makes it very easy to see exactly where your package is every step of the way.

Help! My package never arrived, what do I do?

First, relax. While internationally shipping typically takes just a week or two depending on the carrier, we have had experiences where it has taken up to 4-6 weeks for a package to arrive via USPS. While the reason for such a delay isn't always clear, it is more than likely due to a package being held in Customs waiting for inspection.

If shipping with USPS, please wait 4 weeks before contacting us to allow your package enough time to arrive. If after 4 weeks USPS still has not delivered your package, please contact us and while difficult, we will try to ascertain the location and whereabouts of your package.

Again, we recommend you choose FedEx as your international carrier. FedEx's point-to-point tracking makes it easy to track your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Ultimately, we always put our customers first, if your package still has not arrived after 8 weeks, we will issue you a full refund, minus shipping costs.

What products are NOT allowed to be imported into my country?

Honestly, it's impossible for us to keep on top of what is and is not allowed in every country. While we try to stay on top of the Customs laws in every country, there are simply too many countries around the world with laws that change on a weekly and daily basis.

If you're unsure if a product is allowed in your country, we recommend you check with the customs laws of your country before ordering from Muscle & Strength.

What if my package is stopped by Customs?

Sometimes packages will be stopped an inspected at the border of your country. If your package is stopped, it may cause a delay. Sometimes these delays can be lengthy depending on the customs in your country. If customs decides that your package cannot enter your country, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs when we receive the package back in our warehouse.

If your packaged is stopped by Customs and not returned to us, we cannot issue you any refunds.

Please note, customs delays are almost never experienced when shipping with FedEx International. FedEx sends the paperwork for your package ahead of the package itself for customs to review. Using this method, FedEx actually pre-clears your package in customs. This makes the process of getting through customs much faster and almost always avoids any delays.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my package?

It depends on your country and a variety of different factors. Check the laws in your country.

In most cases, our experience has been that our customers do not get charged duties and taxes. With that being said, if you are charged duties and taxes on your package you will be charged for them at the time of delivery. If you refuse to pay them, your package will be returned to us and we will grant you a refund for all products received, minus any shipping costs.

Do you fraud check international orders?

Absolutely. While we have proprietary technology and methods on how we check orders for fraud, we will say that we start by checking the following pieces of information:

  • IP address
  • Credit card details
  • Matching billing/shipping addresses

In some cases, particularly with international orders, we will first contact the customer before shipping out their package to them to verify their identity.

We vigorously attempt to prosecute ALL individuals whom place fraudulent orders.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

We have negotiated great international shipping rates for our international customers. It's easy to calculate how much the shipping will be to your country.

To find out how much it will cost to ship your package, you must first add the desired products you'd like to order to your shopping cart. Once you have the products you want, head to the shopping cart page by clicking the "My Cart" link in the top right hand side of the screen.

What countries do you not ship to?

We'd love to ship to every country in the world, but unfortunately due to the fraudulent orders originating from some areas we cannot ship to the following list of countries:

  • Macedonia
  • Argentina
  • Brazil
  • Bulgaria

  • Ghana
  • Hungary
  • Indonesia
  • Morocco
  • Nigeria
  • Peru
  • Romania
  • Serbia
  • Thailand
  • Venezuela
  • Yugoslavia

In accordance with US State Department regulations, we cannot ship to these countries:

  • Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Sudan and Syria

Note: We do ship to Military addresses (APO, AE etc) no matter where they are!

Remember, we manually check every single international order we receive. If you're ordering internationally with us for the first tine, we may ask for some verification information. We ultimately have the right to decline sending any package to any customer that we believe to be acting fraudulently.

Will you put a lower price on my invoice so my duties/taxes are cheaper?

While we love pleasing our customers, this is simply one request that we cannot accommodate no matter what the circumstances might be. We always state the full dollar value of any and all merchandise being shipped to a customer as we are required to do so by law.
