How long does it take for returns to be processed?
Once our returns department receives the product, the return is processed within 48 hours! Keep in mind that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for your banking institution to process a refund, which means you may not see your refund for 4-5 days.
Can I return an unopened product?
Absolutely. You can return any sealed, unopened product to us at anytime. The product must be in saleable condition. Whether you ordered from us 6 months ago or 6 days ago, we’ll gladly accept your return and exchange it or give you a refund. For exchanges, you will be required to pay for us to ship another product back to you.

Please include your original invoice with instructions on what you’d like to do. If you do not have your invoice anymore, please at least include your name and number so that we may contact you.
Can I return an opened or used product?
We can accept opened or used products within 30 days of their purchase date. We cannot issue you a refund, but we can exchange the product for another one or provide you with an in-store credit. If you would like to return a product for any reason, please send it to:

You are responsible for shipping any products back to us.
Please include your original invoice with instructions on what you’d like to do. If you no longer have your invoice, please at least include your name, number, and the reason for return on a sheet of paper.
If I don’t get good results from a product, can I return it? (YES!)
Nobody in the industry that we know of offers this policy: you can return a product after using it. That means you can return a completely empty bottle to us and in most cases, we’ll offer you store credit! It is an extremely rare policy, but we simply feel our customers deserve to have this option available.
Here’s how this policy works:
You order supplement XYZ from us. You take it, as directed, for the duration of the bottle. Once it’s finished, you don’t feel like the product did what it claims it would and wish to try something else. No problem, just contact us and let us know that you’re not satisfied with the product. In most cases, we’ll be able to offer you in-store credit for the purchase price of the supplement.
You will still be responsible for returning the bottle to us. You can send it to:
