Muscle & Strength General Refund & Returns Policy:

All unopened products sold by Muscle and Strength will be covered by our 60 day refund policy. Unopened items that are still in a saleable condition may be returned within 60 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges. In all cases, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping the product back to us. If you would like a refund on a product please call our customer service team on 1-800-537-9910.

We are unable to issue refunds on opened or partially used products.

Damaged goods:

Products damaged during transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer. A replacement product will be sent out, and the damaged product returned to our warehouse. Muscle and Strength will send a FedEx courier out to pick up the product at no charge to you. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can get the replacement product to you.

Clothing Refunds:

Clothing orders may be exchanged if the item has not been damaged. The existing item must be sent back to the address below. Muscle and Strength will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
