How to Order at Muscle and Strength
Our ordering system is designed to be fast and easy! If you're new to Muscle and Strength and have not used our ordering system before here are some instructions to help you out.
Step #1 - Find Your Products
We've made finding products in our store easy! There are four main ways you can find what you're looking for:
- Use the product finder on the left hand side of the screen!
- Browse products by category (view all categories)
- Browse products by manufacturer (view all manufacturers)
- View weekly special deals (view weekly specials)
- Search the store on the top right hand side of every page
When you search the store using any of the methods mentioned above you'll be presented with a list of products. This list will show the product image, product name, whether it's in stock, and the starting price. You can click on the name of the product or product image to display all the information we have on the product.
Step #2 - Add Products To Your Shopping Cart
There is a product ordering table on each product page. You can find the table next to the product image and at the bottom of the page. This table displays the sizes, quantities and flavors that are available for the product.
To order a product you need to add it to your shopping cart. Enter the quantity in the box provided beside the product(s) you want to order. You can order as many products as you want! Now click the "Add To Cart" button below the table.
Step #3 - Review Your Order
After clicking "Add To Cart" you'll be taken to your shopping cart page. This page shows you what items you have in your cart and the subtotal of your order. On this page you can also change the quantity of the products you've ordered, get a quote on shipping rates, and remove unwanted items from your cart.
How To Remove Items:
Next to each product in your cart on the far left you'll see a small trash can icon. If you click this icon the product will be removed from your cart.
Updating Item Quantities:
You can easily change the quantity of a particular product in your cart. Just just the number in the quantity box provided and click "Update Shopping Cart". You can update quantities as many times as you need to.
Get Shipping Quote:
We have some awesome rates for shipping, as low as $3.99! You can easily get a quote for shipping by entering your Country, State and Zip Code in the boxes provided.
You can now choose whether to keep shopping for more products or start the checkout process. Click "Continue Shopping" to keep searching or "Proceed To Checkout" to start the quick and easy checkout process.
Step #4 - Checkout!
We have one of the easiest checkout system available! In just a few minutes you'll be able to complete your order, and you won't even have to leave the page!
On the right hand side of the checkout page you'll see your checkout progress. This will tell you exactly where you're up to, and let you go back and change the details you entered if need be.
Login/Enter Your Billing Address:
This is the first stage of the process. Existing customers will simple need to login here to proceed to the next step. New customers will need to enter their billing information. This information will be saved, so you only have to enter it once!
Choose Your Shipping Address:
At this stage you can choose whether you would like to ship to your billing address or another address. Existing customers can choose from any of the addresses they have saved in their address book.
Review/Choose Your Shipping Method:
If you got a shipping quote on the shopping cart page the shipping method you chose will be automatically selected here. You can change this if you like. If you did not get a quote, you can get one here and choose your preferred shipping method.
Enter Your Payment Info:
You're almost there! Now all you have to do is choose your payment method and enter the details. It's important to double check the credit card information you're entering is correct.
Review Your Order Summary:
This is your chance to review your order before it's placed. Please make sure you check every detail on the order to ensure it's correct and we get it out to you as fast as possible.
