What are your customer service hours?
We can be reached via telephone (1-800-537-9910) and e-mail Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM Eastern. Before going golfing on Saturday, you can reach us via telephone between the hours of 8 AM and 12 PM Eastern.
Note: we answer emails 7 days a week, so even if you email us on weekends you will receive a reply within 24 hours.

It’s up to you, we’d be happy to help you by either telephone or e-mail. While you rarely have to wait to speak to us on the phone, a lot of people prefer e-mail because it’s “non-intrusive.” During business hours, you can typically expect a reply via e-mail from us within a couple of hours at the latest.
