How do I change the products I have ordered?
We ship orders very fast! Orders leave our warehouse within hours of being placed. To change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us before your order leaves our warehouse we can change your order and make any adjustment to your order cost. If the order has already shipped, we can have the order shipped back to us and change your order. You will have to pay shipping again since we cannot get this refunded.
If your order has already arrived and you have not opened the products, we can change them. You will need to ship the products back to us. We will check the products, and if they're in saleable condition, we can ship out replacements. You will be charged any differences in product costs, plus shipping to re-ship your new product of choice out.
