Friction is defined as the surface resistance to relative motion. The name of this product is well suited as it has provided me with a great resistance to having a substantial work out if any at all. I've tried it stacked with another pwo with no2 activating ingredients and alone. Friction's overpowering effects of shortness of breathe, lightheadedness, and inability to focus totally take away all drive to power through a work out. I have a good tolerance for stims. The more of this I took, the more accelerated my heart rate got yet the more spaced out I felt. This might be good for some people, I don't know who, but I was thoroughly disappointed. It does taste great though.

Friction really hits you hard. If you like a strong pre workout then you'll probably like this. It's high on caffeine, so if you're not tolerant to stims halve the dose. Personally it worked very well for me. Great energy and focus, very mild crash effect. I liked the feeling I got on it and my workouts where pretty intense. I'd recommend.

This stuff was horrible , 27 years in the gym I have tried everything from the one and only original dry wall tasting Metabolol from the late 80's early 90's to the last version of almost everything and Friction sucked , no motivation ,no power or pump, I did however feel the overwhelming urge to vomit.And caffeine, unless used in an aspirine /effedrine mix not great to boost anything and too much of it is completely useless.No shotgun and 12 gauge are VPX's staple products.I'll pass on friction.

The taste was great...much better than any other PWO drink i've had. I took 1/2 serving as i'm super sensitive to stuff like this. 1/2 serving was too much for me. It gave me the tingling feeling and i was definately jittery. Recovery was brutal...sickest feeling post workout ever. However i think all of this was because the serving was too much for me. My workout was awesome! I was completely focused and energetic. Would definately recommend but you must find the right serving for you. I will try 1/4 serving next time.

i work out 4 - 5 days a week i have tried didfferent pre workouts I had it today the taste was ok for a grape flavor, you feel it going through your body and thats it, ok energy, pumps was horrible, recovery is not good, i will not try this product again

Well I tried it this weekend. Friday night I had P90X chest and back workout.
I have tried many PWO supps over all these years and almost all taste pretty bad. I got the watermelon flavor and it actually tastes pretty good. It mixed probable the best out of any PWO I have used...no clumps or particles laying on the bottom.
The scoop is small, but only took 2/3 of one because I heard from reviews that it may be too much. I started feeling it kick in about 10mins after taking. At the 15 minute mark I started feeling the " tingling " and at 20 minutes it had kicked in all the way. I got a ton of energy from this stuff and was really focused during my workout. My reps were up on all exercises...did 30 more pull-ups and 50 more pushups through the entire workout. The energy was clean and strong through the hour workout. Unlike most PWO it doesn't claim to give you massive pumps, which isn't important to me. It did provide a great pump due to doing more reps I assume. I did notice I was sweating more than normal and like with most PWO my heart rate was up, but nothing out of the norm when using PWO. I noticed the energy started dropping off about 2 hours after taking and the best thing is there was no crash at all.
All in all this is the best PWO I have taken to date. I say this because the energy was the best I have felt and I only used 2/3 of a tiny scoop. I plan on taking a full scoop tomorrow when I do my next lifting day which is shoulders and arms just to see. The energy was smooth and lasted 2 hours with no crash. The only thing I don't know about is if I will build up a tolerance on this. From all the reviews I have read that won't happen. If this is the case the 30 servings is great and if you take 2/3 of a scoop, which is all I needed, the tub will last me 40 workouts. You get 30-40 powerful workouts for $18 dollars( and 4 bucks for shipping) is no doubt the best bang for the buck I can think of. I going to stock up on this stuff before they try to ban it. I think a few supplement sites have already taking it off their sites. Again, Best PWO I have taken to date and the price just can't be beat. If you use PWO give this a try I'm positive you will like it, but be careful it's strong.

I never review things but I feel people need to know about this one. First off taste is great. Second off this product is TOO STRONG which I guess is not a bad thing. 1 whole serving is just rediculous I was wired and shaking from this stuff with a whopping 400mg of caffeine from 1 scoop. I've dropped down to 1/4 of a serving and the results are good for me. I gave it a 9 because I guess being too strong is a great thing because most people buy pre workouts expecting them to work obviously plus 30 servings will last me 120 because it is so potent. Very tiny container I was expecting bigger but trust me a little bit packs a punch. Also can't beat the price. Better than NO explode for energy wise.

this is one of the best pwo i have ever tasted. gave me a very clean, crisp, and steady energy. didnt make me feel sick or jittery at all but still gave me awesome energy and pumps. this gave me a weird sense of well being like i was a little high or something but was an awesome feeling during an intense back workout. i recommend this product and i will definitley buy this again.
