I tried both the vanilla and chocolate for several weeks. I had dreadful intestinal problems every day as a result. The taste was unsatisfactory also and made me a little nauseous. Thanks to Muscle and Strength for refunding my money and contacting Dymatize about a potential problem. I went back to my old whey drink. Sorry Dymatize.

Forgot to say, I'm lactose intolerance and have not been affected by this product which makes me really really happy. So, if you're lactose intolerance and want to prepare the shake with milk, use 2/3 lactose-free milk and 1/3 of cold water. Hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!

The creamy vanilla shake tastes delicious, has a taste like vanilla Ensure. I mix it with cold milk and cold water. I've been drinking it once a day in the evening and the urge for sweet deserts are history. I have lost approx. 4 lbs of fat, I noticed my arms are way more lean in just 2 weeks without doing my regular workout, and that's because it satisfies my urges for sweets. Now, that I experience these results I'm going to start my regular exercises to get more fit. I will be purchasing more of the vanilla flavor and try strawberry yummy.
