Flavor: Strawberries N Crme
This product was recommended to me by a couple of my friends when I told them that I wanted
to gain some weight. I bought it and used this product for about a month and I was not happy with the results , I barely gained a pound or two even though I used it as directed. Flavor was horrible, It did not taste anything close to strawberry flavor at all. I would only recommend this product to people who don't want to gain too much weight.

I love Cytogainer, the taste is great, and the makeup is perfect! It has everything you need, whey isolate, whey concentrate, casein, all your BCAA's, Glutamine, good Cholesterol, Complex Carbs, Vitamins and creatine! You can be sure that your not under nourished after a workout by taking this! One thing I love about monster mass is that I have been able to keep a strict diet before my workouts and on off days (no sat/ trans fat, or sugar, calories under 2000 a day), but when I do my workout I take a 1/2 serving of this this mixed with a 1/2 serving of Monster Mass (to achieve 1.5 gram creatine intake) after my workout. Doing this for the past few months I have dropped my body fat to 6.1% and went up to 54% muscle mass, this product has essentially helped me achieve my goal of cutting fat and building muscle at the same time.
