I bought this because it is inexpensive. Good results from it. I have taken many forms of Creatine Mono from the generics to the EFX purple pill and most have done nothing for me other than add about 5 lbs of water weight. This stuff gave me some tangible recordable gains on lifts I had been stuck with the same weight for months.
It is inexpensive so no reason not to try it IMO.
