Got a 1-scoop (1/2 serving) sample of this from ScottyDoc when I won a recent contest. I'm not really a big beliver in the "insulin spike" as of recently, but since it was free, I gave it a try.
In terms of flavor, I watered it down more than I should have and I bet adding ice owuld be great, but it reminded me of a mix between grape Kool-aid and Gatorade.
In terms of the profile, like I mentioned before, the Dextrose and WMS doesn't do much for me, nor does Glutamine. The creatine, ALA and vitamins/minerals were nice, but I can't really justify buying a tub of this. Especially since there's no protein in this post-workout.
