Carb Blockers

Carb blockers work by limiting the impact of carbohydrates from your diet. They do this by "blocking" the breakdown of carbohydrates into energy. If carbohydrates are broken down into glucose and not used by the body as energy immediately, it's very likely they will be stored as fat. By preventing the absorption and breakdown of some of the carbs in a meal, carb blockers may prevent some excess fat storage.
