How many times have you taken a daily vitamin and felt a difference? More than Likely NEVER?
I've taken a "1 a Day" Daily vitamin most of my life because I always told to, but I NEVER felt a difference in my body whether I did or not.
I heard about this vitamin on YouTube and said screw it I'd try it.
I'm definitely GLAD I did. After the 2nd week I felt a Huge Difference in my overall heath.
It has also helped me with Recovering when working out.
I suffer from Chronic Migraines, I noticed my Migraines occurring less since taking these vitamins.
I would HIGHLY Recommend these vitamin's to EVERYONE!!!
The only down side to these vitamins is you have to take 6.

Hands down, best vitamin I have ever taken. I definitely notice more energy as well as recovery from my workouts. I felt 6 caps was good but get an extra boost from 9 caps, 3 caps 3X daily. Especially with strenuous workouts. Great product though and I definitely recommend!!
