Rice is an excellent source of food.
When possible, try to use Basmati or Wholegrain sources of it.
Rice is an excellent source of carbohydrates and protein.
Defiently recommend it in a food plan.

Very tasty, only annoying thing is avcado doesn't keep very well, so worth using up the rest of it in a salad later in the day.

Hi Gary,
It's ok to have it for dinner. Overall calorie intake is your primary concern.
