Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 1/2 Cups Egg Beaters / Whites
- 3 Scoops Whey Protein
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Oat Bran
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Splenda / Sweetener to taste
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender.
Once blended, pour 5 ounces of batter into a waffle maker, heat and serve.
These high protein waffles can be eaten for breakfast, or as a stand alone muscle building meal at any time of the day. You can also kick this recipe up a notch by serving it with chicken.
Each waffle may be eaten dry if desired. The Lobliners often top each waffle with Walden Farm's fat free, sugar free, zero calorie pancake syrup. Walden Farms products are available at most grocery stores. You may also top the waffles with natural peanut butter.

Could this be poured as pancake batter onto a griddle instead of waffle ironed if you don't have one? If so whats the heat I'd look to set the griddle on?

Ah grilled chicken and a high protein waffle! Can't beat that! Though...what is the nutrition information on this ma'am? I mean if there is one or not, just curious.
