Very tasty, a little dry though.
I've started making these with one whole egg and two egg whites instead of two whole eggs. They seem to come out moister and they have less cholesterol too.

Hi Rich,

The amount of grams in a cup depends on the substance. Which ingredient would you like to know about?

Hi Andrew,

The recipe as presented makes 2 servings for a total of 990 calories. So calories per pancake will vary based on size.

just a question, I have understood that if you cook the whey protein loses its properties, this is true?

wow I didnt know this recipe had some many comments lol Bruno, no new studies have shown Whey doesnt lose properties after cooked. If its dry add a few tablespoons of water and cinamon for extra taste. I mix all the ingredients together before cooking.

Tried these for the first time this morning and I was pretty impressed. A much needed break from the breakfast I've been making every morning during the week when i am pressed for time. Will definitely be making these more often!

cooking eggs denatures the proteins. what is the effect on your body's ability to absorb and build muscle with the denatured protein?

Hi,

20 grams of carbs from fruit equals about 350 grams for strawberry/blue. When added all this it just got soggy and not similar to pancakes at all. :-(

So just to be sure ; 1 Cup oatmeal (90 grams) 2 jumbo eggs (i use 4 large cause we dont have jumbo eggs in Norway) and 20 grams for carbs from fruit (350 g strawb/blue mix).

I mixed it all up in a blender with some water and all that other stuff mentioned. Can someone please help this brother out? Thanks :-)
