Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef (80%) or turkey
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can white beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

You can make this in large amounts and keep it in the fridge or freezer to use through the week or longer.

Brown ground beef or turkey. Place meat in soup kettle with all ingredients. The recipe calls for 5 cans of beans. Feel free to mix and match if you do not care for certain types of beans. Season with salt, pepper. You can also add diced jalapenos, green chilies, a packet of ranch dressing seasoning, or a jar of your favorite salsa. These ingredients are optional. The chili tastes great without them!

If chili is too thick for your liking, add water as necessary.

Cook until thoroughly heated.

I usually make food for only myself because I'm living on my own. Will cutting everthing in half bring me to five servings? How do I distribute that among the other cans that I want to add? Would this work...1 lb of meat and 2 cans of beans plus whatever else to tast?

Hey i messed up on my email, question was i do chest one day then biceps the next then triceps and then shoulders the last day. Is that ok or do i need more of a relax time to let the muscle heal. Or is there another order i should be doing these workouts.
