Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ounce of your favorite fresh berry
  • 2 scoops of a chocolate flavored protein powder

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Rocky Road protein powder works great in this recipe, but any chocolate flavored protein powder will do. A simple, fast and easy protein shake with no fat, moderate carbs and high protein. Perfect shake when you're in a bind. Submitted by KDS48. beleieve it or not it actaully makes 2 and like a quater of servings i think it should be made with just 6 oz of water next time

When you say it makes two servings you mean it makes more than needed based upon quanity, correct? You don;t mean the nutritional values are doubled?

I'm looking to gain as much weight as possible/with muscle mass, i feel like my workouts each day are not increasing my muscle mass as effectively as they could be, any ideals?

I'm a girl trying to shape my bottom a little better. I'm very small framed thougg so i dont know if this shake would help or not. Ive been doing squats every night.
Do you think the squats are enough for me? Or do you have any other suggestions?
